The object of our analysis was Domica caves and Ochtinska aragonite cave. The basic methods of collecting primary data is the questionnaire survey, in which we have investigated visitor satisfaction with information provided, souvenir sales, guide services, social facilities, parking and infrastructure in the area of interest. The results of the questionnaire survey were evaluated by appropriate mathematical-statistical methods and decided on the merit of the proposed hypotheses.
