In this article we will present two surveys to highlight the role of documentaries and multilingual skills in finding scientific information between university researchers (teachers, researchers, PhD students) and students of the Master (BAC +5 ). In each population, we will see access to scientific information and research approach of scientific information, including multilingual documents via a question in French or English. We will analyze the question on the new challenges of the reformulation of requests to see if the user they require multilingual skills to optimize access to scientific information stored in library catalogs or the scientific bases on the web? We describe the problem of search multilingual information that provides access to documents whose language is different from that in which the application is made. We propose a linguistic-cognitive protocol to reformulate queries on multilingual search engines and specialized databases. To improve the methodology of access to documents and research of scientific information (MADROSI), we propose the way forward, through a protocol to query and analyze assessment search results, depending on the user academic skills. We give the reasons observed that require the user to have multiple skills to improve interactive information reformulation.
