FULL Paper Submission
Once the submitted abstract has been approved, the author/s must prepare and send his/their full manuscript:
- in English language;
- in accordance with the conference format in word processing file using MS Word for Windows® (.DOC, .DOCX);
- it is recommended to use the conference SWS PAPER TEMPLATE in order to keep the requested format
- Papers must be submitted via author's profile / My Articles / UPLOAD PAPER section.
- Regular paper - min 6 full pages - max 8 typewritten pages (including: title, author/s, abstract, real text, charts, drawings and literature);
- Long paper + 69 euro - maximum 12 typewritten pages (including: title, author/s, abstract, real text, charts, drawings and literature);
- Extra long paper + 139 euro- maximum 16 typewritten pages (including: title, author/s, abstract, real text, charts, drawings and literature);
Please upload your paper/s by clicking on 'File UPLOAD' button. If you want to upload an updated/corrected version of a paper, which already has been uploaded, please use the same 'File UPLOAD' button to upload the new file/new version of your paper. The old version/s will be kept - the deletion option is not allowed due to server security reasons.
Writing the final MANUSCRIPT
Writing an effective scientific paper is not easy. A good rule of thumb is to write as if your paper will be read by a person who knows about the field in general but does not already know what you did. In addition to the science, pay attention to the writing style and format and prepare your manuscript regarding the conference requirements for TEXT, TABLE formatting and REFERENCES style (APA references style).
TITLE &
Authors
Make the title specific enough to describe the contents of the paper. List all the authors
ABSTRACT &
Keywords
Summarize the research - give the reader a "preview" of what's to come. Use few keywords
INTRODUCTION & Research
Start with relevant literature and end with a sentence explaining the specific question you asked in this experiment.
MATERIALS &
Methods
What methods helped you to answer this research question? What was your approach?
TABLES &
Graphs
Show some of the results (if possible) in tables or charts. Put them titles & legends.
RESULTS & Discussions
Summarize your main findings and interpret the most significant of them. How do these results fit into the big picture?
CONCLUSION & Acknowledgements
Define the meaning of the research. Did you answer the question in full? What further could be done? List contributors
REFERENCES
In the manuscript, cite all used sources in the appropriate places only by number.

CERTIFICATES of ATTENDANCE will be given only at the venue during the AWARDING CEREMONY /at the end of the respective session/, signed and given personally by the session chairmen. Sending this document by post or via e-mail afterwards, will not be possible!
